Revenue Cycle Specialist

📋 Description

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients, insurers, or patients.
• Note all communications expediently.
• Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification.
• Approve and create sales orders for shipments; review orders for accuracy.
• Manage shipments by sending sales orders to ship when ready.
• Review sales orders for accuracy after shipment; create invoice.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred; high school or GED required
• 3+ years DME accounts receivable billing experience required (Medicare desired)
• Brightree and Salesforce knowledge strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
