- Lead discovery sessions with healthcare executives to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate complex workflows into clear, outcome-focused solution narratives
- Partner with Account Executives on mid-market and enterprise deals
- Participate in demos, proposals, and executive presentations
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in healthcare RCM
- Expertise across multiple RCM functions
- Experience with physician practices, ASCs, or specialty providers
- Strong understanding of payer dynamics
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders
- RCM consulting or healthcare SaaS experience
