- Strong stakeholder management; liaise with clinical, operations, IT leadership
- Ability to develop charters, scope docs, work plans, and status reports
- Risk/issue/dependency management; keep projects on track
- Cross-functional coordination with Epic-certified analysts, revenue cycle ops, and vendors
