🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or equivalent
- 3-6+ years in implementation, onboarding, or revenue cycle ops
- Cross-functional experience in operational delivery environments
- Understanding of billing processes, payer contracts, and RCM workflows
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management
