- 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, denials, posting, and payer portals.
- Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Strong Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strategic, curious, and effective at solving problems with data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication.
- Adaptive, collaborative, and with a strong work ethic and integrity.

- Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (not including variable compensation).
- Benefits: health plans, paid time off, holidays, 401K match.
- Hybrid work arrangement near Midtown Manhattan or Bloomington, MN (onsite 2-3 days/week).
