📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end sales compensation in CaptivateIQ for quota roles
  • Serve as primary contact for rep-facing compensation questions and escalations
  • Maintain compensation data: start dates, ramp schedules, OTE, quotas
  • Lead monthly commission cycle; ensure payouts are accurate and on time
  • Partner with Salesforce Architect and Sales to design and implement plan changes
  • Drive process improvements and maintain comp docs library

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in sales compensation, commissions administration, or revenue operations
  • Hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ or similar (Xactly, Spiff, Varicent)
  • Strong command of Salesforce for CRM data
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with large data sets
  • Exceptional attention to detail; you catch errors before they become problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex comp to reps
