Revenue Associate (Talent stream) - London

📋 Description

• Book meetings with target customers via email, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Work with Account Executives and marketing on strategic GTM initiatives.
• Represent Sequence at industry events across the US.
• Develop brand through ongoing content across social channels.
• Own end-to-end GTM hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing.
• Partner with founders to define profiles and hire processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting GTM or revenue roles.
• Ability to build repeatable hiring processes from scratch.
• Creative outreach and recruitment agency partnerships.
• Focus on delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Willing to travel for events and growth.
