📋 Description

  • Own performance reporting across provider and pharma partner programs.
  • Maintain Salesforce DS Connect reporting structures and data integrity.
  • Identify revenue leakage, conversion gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Refine waterfalls, eligibility logic, and program configurations to improve outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports for director-level strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to implement revenue optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years in revenue analytics, revenue ops, customer success, account mgmt, or SaaS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience with SQL
  • Pharma/health-tech experience preferred
