- Own day-to-day billing operations: invoices, updates, and inquiries
- Prepare revenue journal entries, accruals, and month-end close reconciliations
- Apply ASC 606 to customer contracts and document revenue treatment
- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Business Systems for revenue recognition
- Improve billing and revenue processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Support revenue reporting and external audit requests
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of revenue accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and experience applying it
- Experience supporting month-end close and performing reconciliations
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
