Oversee end-to-end O2C processes (billing/collections) with accuracy.
Own and optimize ASC606 revenue recognition; advise on contract impact.
Partner with Data Analytics to align billing and revenue data with forecasts.
Establish and monitor KPIs around billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion.
Build and maintain SaaS systems for subscriptions, renewals, and usage-based pricing.
Ensure data flow between CRM (Salesforce), billing platforms (Payfac, ISO), and ERP (NetSuite).

🎯 Requirements

8–12 years in revenue and accounting ops with SaaS/tech leadership.
Deep understanding of SaaS models: subscription billing, ARR/MRR.
Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (NetSuite SuiteBilling, Payfac, ISO).
Strong data analysis skills; turn operational data into insights.
Proven success leading and scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
Solid ASC 606 knowledge; ownership and cross-organizational collaboration.
