Oversee the full O2C processes (billing and collections) for accuracy and compliance.
Own ASC606 revenue recognition; advise on complex contracts.
Partner with Data Analytics to align billing/revenue data with forecasts, ARR/MRR.
Establish and monitor KPIs for billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion.
Build and maintain systems for SaaS models (subscriptions, renewals, usage-based pricing).
Ensure data flow between CRM (Salesforce), billing (Payfac/ISO), and ERP (NetSuite).
