Manage revenue recognition from contract to financial statements.
Partner with Legal and Sales to optimize terms while ensuring GAAP compliance.
Document accounting conclusions in memos per policies and current software rules.
Lead month-end close: accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, reports.
Provide technical guidance and training to Finance, Legal, and Sales.
Coordinate with internal/external auditors to ensure GAAP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

ASC 606 SaaS revenue experience.
5+ years in public accounting or software company.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting.
Proficiency with NetSuite or other revenue systems.
CPA/ACCA/ACA preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
