Revene Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Contracting support: assist sales with contracts; collaborate with Legal and Deal Desk.
• Win to Rev Mapping: map closed-won opportunities to revenue recognition; align sales data with finance systems.
• Subscription Management: oversee renewals, upgrades, and churn; ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Salesforce Data Hygiene Maintenance: regularly audit and clean Salesforce data for reporting/forecasting.
• Process Improvement & Optimization: audit workflows; re-engineer processes for efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, Billing, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience in operations, finance, or related area, with exposure to the quote-to-cash process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and willingness to learn new technologies.
• A problem-solver who can identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements; willingness to use AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
