Revance is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our amazing Talent Acquisition Team! This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities across various departments such as sales, marketing, G&A, research & development, quality, and creative. They will ensure Revance attracts and hires the best talent through sourcing, screening, and proactive management of the interview and offer processes. This person will drive our continual efforts to maintain Revance as an employer of choice in the aesthetics, skincare, and pharmaceutical industries.
Reporting to: Head of Talent AcquisitionLocation: Remote (US based only)Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for ongoing extension
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Lead the end-to-end candidate process from pipeline development planning to initial screening, interviewing, offer acceptance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP to clarify, draft and update job specifications to fill current hiring needs.
- Manage job posts in accordance with our compliance guidelines.
- Facilitate and coordinate the interview process and lead debrief discussions.
- Work with HR Operations and HR Business Partners to recommend , extend, and negotiate offers based on market data.
- Recruit for positions at multiple levels and geographies.
- Review all incoming resumes against current openings.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel for interviews.
- Drive continuous improvement, generate creative sourcing solutions, and identify ways to simplify and increase efficiency in talent processes.
- Ensure ongoing communications with internal clients and candidates.
- Facilitate relationships and hiring with specialty search firms for key roles as needed.
- Train hiring managers and interview teams on interview process and tools, and ensure teams are consistently following the process.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work as a positive team member, multi-task and be very flexible to adapt to the ever-changing work priorities and requirements of a dynamic, high growth company.
- High degree of emotional intelligence, can build relationships with all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth, hands-on, customer-centric environment; commercial organization experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and find innovative scalable solutions.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (we use Greenhouse).
- Ability to work conscientiously and with minimal direction, using good judgment, taking initiative to accomplish short and long-range projects, and recommend actions with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and successfully manage internal and external client relationships across all levels and provide strong consultative partnership.
- Ability to handle confidential information, maintaining high levels of integrity and discretion. Dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and tech savvy
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Potential for occasional travel as needed to meet with business partners or internal meetings.
