Rev Ops Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs (pipeline, win/loss, velocity, quota attainment).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of PPs/COS data to identify trends and improvements.
• Equip field ops and leadership with weekly and monthly performance decks with insights.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast sourcing and renewals at Malt, Segment, and Org levels.
• Build and maintain framework enabling weekly forecasts, yearly budgets, and bottom-up reports for C-Levels.
• Collaborate with field sales ops, central sales ops, and tool ops to analyze funnels and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Business.
• Minimum 3+ years as a data analyst in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-stack data analyst mastery: SQL, ETLs, dbt, Python; Looker/Metabase/Tableau experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Business acumen with a hacker mindset; automating tools/reports with AI preferred.
