Returns Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as first point of contact for associates on SOP guidance
• Receive, inspect, and offload inbound returns per SOPs
• Put away inventory by grading and product categorization
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized receiving area
• Perform cycle counts and inventory updates for accuracy
• Operate recycling equipment (if trained) and maintain 5S in areas

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse systems or scanners
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
