Be a key member of the Returns process as a member of the Order to Cash team.
Identify gaps in the process and drive improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure returns are processed timely.
Prioritize return requests and communicate delays or issues.
Provide weekly reporting on the status of returns.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process
1-3 years of experience in an Operations role
Excellent communication, ability to multitask and reprioritize on the fly
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe preferred
