🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years professional retouching in studio/agency/post.
- Expert Photoshop: masking, frequency separation, dodge/burn, smart objects.
- Capture One and/or Lightroom for raw processing/color.
- CGI compositing with photography: lighting, shadows, perspective.
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (Bridge, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
- Color management and soft proofing; delivery specs (CMYK/RGB, ICC).
