π― Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on corporate retirement plans
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent
- Series 6 and 65 required or must be obtained within the first 90 days
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Willing to obtain the AIF or other relevant industry certifications
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and fiduciary standards; travel ~50%
