- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Extensive experience with databases, including data interpretation, validation, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication to engage clients and internal teammates
