📋 Description

• Build lasting relationships with Swiss clients by understanding goals and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and/or German; Italian is a plus.
• Understanding of CFD trading, financial markets, and risk.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability linking behavior, markets, and usage.
• Clear written and verbal communicator; persuades and de-escalates.
• Proven collaboration across trading ops, compliance, product, and sales.
• Self-motivated and target-driven; balance commercial goals with client needs.
• Comfortable with shift rotation due to global trading hours.
• Ownership mindset; you spot what needs fixing and act.
• Advanced Excel skills (bonus): data analysis, segmentation, tracking.
