  • Self-motivated and target-driven; balance commercial goals with client needs.
  • Comfortable with shift rotation due to global trading hours.
  • Ownership mindset; you spot what needs fixing and act.
  • Advanced Excel skills (bonus): data analysis, segmentation, tracking.
