๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and execute the Canadian retention strategy (email/SMS/push/in-app)
  • Build and manage a retention calendar to optimize promotions and cross-sell
  • Design and test a welcome series to improve activation
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across lifecycle touchpoints
  • Develop segmentation by customer behavior, cohorts, and lifecycle
  • Launch and scale app marketing (push/in-app) for Canadian customers

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing (triggered, promo, transactional)
  • Deep experience with Iterable or comparable ESP (Braze/Klaviyo/SFMC)
  • Strong email design, HTML, and copywriting for performance
  • Proficiency in designing/analyzing statistically sound A/B tests
  • Attention to detail; ability to derive insights from large datasets
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing initiatives
