- Execute Email/SMS campaigns end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Creative, and vendors to launch campaigns
- Own QA across campaigns, including product availability and links
- Monitor performance and maintain dashboards, surface insights and testing
- Manage landing page coordination with Site Merchandising for a seamless UX
- Support lifecycle automation audits, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization
π― Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Hands-on email campaigns experience within an ESP (Braze preferred)
- Familiarity with SMS platforms (Attentive a plus)
- Experience with campaign performance data and reporting tools
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
