📋 Description

  • Drive retention and upsell via lifecycle campaigns across channels.
  • Build and test lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, in-app.
  • Lead ambassador program and GTM for new partner launches.
  • Use data to measure impact; run A/B tests to optimize flows.
  • Collaborate with local/global teams; manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Create assets and maintain brand consistency across channels.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, In-app, push).
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach; Tableau or Looker a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools; Braze or equivalent, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation platforms, data analysis techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management; experience with Asana.
