🎯 Requirements

3+ years retail management experience
Staffing, coaching, training, and developing teams
Proven ability to drive sales and hire strong talent
Exceptional leadership, customer service, and selling skills
Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Must be 18+ and able to commute to the store
