Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
Promote upsell of products and aftercare kits; meet sales targets.
Keep studio clean, organized, stocked, and maintain hygiene per regulations.
Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with inventory replenishment.

🎯 Requirements

Retail or service experience is a plus.
Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Strong communication and basic math skills.
Lift up to 25 pounds; stand for 8 hours.
You love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
