📋 Description

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming vibe.
• Check customers in or book appointments using POS systems.
• Assist customers with piercing and jewelry selection.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and aftercare kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers with earrings.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
