📋 Description

• Warmly greet and welcome customers; create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in or help them book appointments using POS and software.
• Assist customers with piercing and styling jewelry, including hypoallergenic items.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products, including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rowan products, materials, styles, and care.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• You love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• You pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service.
• You thrive in a busy environment and stay productive when slow.
