📋 Description

• Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Check customers in or help book appointments using POS.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing, aftercare, and products.
• Upsell Rowan’s products and maintain product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by communicating value.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.
