Check customers in or help book appointments using POS and software.
Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
Promote and upsell Rowan’s products, including non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits.
Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety regs.

🎯 Requirements

Retail or service experience is a plus.
Must work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Strong communication and math skills.
Customer-focused, friendly, and team-oriented.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand 8 hours.
Passion for jewelry and helping customers pick earrings.
