• Greet customers and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with checkout and book appointments via POS and systems.
• Help customers select piercing and jewelry options.
• Answer questions on piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and nurses to serve customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Weekend, nights and holidays availability required.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers pick earrings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand 8 hours.
