• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Check in customers or help book appointments using POS systems.
• Help customers select piercing and jewelry styles.
• Answer questions on piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Promote upsells and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety regs.

🎯 Requirements

• Weekend, nights and holidays availability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in jewelry and helping customers with earrings.
• Enjoys a busy environment and team player.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Retail or service experience is a plus.
