📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service; greet customers warmly.
• Check in customers or assist with appointment bookings via POS.
• Assist customers with piercing choices and styling of earrings.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products; maintain product knowledge.
• Keep studio clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with safety.
• Process transactions and manage basic admin tasks (returns, exchanges).

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Team player with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand eight hours.
• Flexible, independent thinker with strong customer service.
