Analyze sales trends with Store Manager and develop actions to drive sales.
Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and POS management.
Monitor inventory; prevent stockouts and overstock; reorder within budget.
Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are correct; receive deliveries and stock floor.
Enforce policies; ensure health, safety, and security.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of management experience.
Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred).
Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred).
Availability for full-time including nights, weekends, holidays.
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to alcohol.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
