• Greet and assist guests to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections, ask questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sign guests up for rewards programs and upsell with product knowledge.
• Help open/close the store, manage cash, and follow procedures.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and support inventory tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of POS and cash handling experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
