• Assist guests with cannabis product selection and answer questions.
• Handle purchases at the register with accuracy and compliance.
• Upsell products and enroll guests in rewards programs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months POS/cash handling experience.
• Thrive in fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
