• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized product advice.
• Build connections and upsell with product knowledge.
• Address concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Manage store operations: cash handling, opening/closing, transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness/stock and support inventory tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months POS experience and cash handling.
• Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays, occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and comfort with technology.
