📋 Description

• Sells shoes to customers; delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Facilitates post-purchase resolution and customer requests.
• Handles consumer warranties on a case-by-case basis.
• Executes merchandising concepts per predesigned plans.
• Operates POS system to record transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail, operations, or footwear experience preferred.
• Equivalent experience/education may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of retail selling concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
