• Be an ambassador of the KEEN brand and engage customers.
• Listen to understand customer needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales confidence.
• Deliver fan-first customer service in KEEN Garage.
• Manage post-purchase resolutions and warranties.
• Operate POS and assist with inventory on the floor.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to learn, retain, and communicate product knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
