- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
- Excellent communication, strong multitasking, and ability to connect with customers and teammates; comfortable with technology.
