• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked; support inventory tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months of POS experience and cash handling.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced, compliant environment.
• Flexible to shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
