- 1 year telecom or call center experience preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team.
- Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality results.
- Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms.
