🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service exp.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms.
