• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years retail sales or customer service experience; training provided.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking and high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and multiple platforms.
