- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience (preferred)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms
