📋 Description

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor as needed.
• Deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
• Maintain timely attendance and reliability during shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience (preferred)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms
