🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate, retail leasing or brokerage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in legal/lease, marketing, finance, or business administration.
- Solution-oriented; supports Lush values.
- Proven landlord/broker negotiation experience.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to see the bigger picture.
- Based in Canada or US; able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Preferred: Lease Management Software experience.
- Preferred: experience with US and Canadian landlords/brokers.
