🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in legal/lease administration or related field.
- Ability to be solution oriented while supporting Lush values.
- Excellent landlord negotiation and lease finalization experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leases.
- Based in Canada or the US; travel domestically and internationally.
