🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years in B2B retail operations or market ops (NYISO/PJM/NEISO); ERCOT a plus
- Deep understanding of retail electricity ops in regulated markets: billing, settlements, enrollment, usage data, EDI, workflows
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau; Python or R is a plus
- Strong attention to detail; focus on data integrity and accuracy in analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication; able to collaborate across teams and influence decisions
