🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in retail ops or multi-site mgmt; open new sites.
• Site selection, lease negotiations, landlord relationships.
• Manage fit-out projects on time and budget; coordinate teams.
• Lead and develop store managers; set expectations and feedback.
• Shape retail tech decisions; ensure tools serve floor ops.
• Willingness to travel monthly for site visits.
