🎯 Requirements

3+ years in strategy, ops, consulting with multi-stakeholder impact
Advanced analytical judgment; build BI views and dashboards
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Structured, proactive and dependable; clear communication to partners
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
Grocery or non-food retail ops or category management a plus
